Our grateful thanks to all of Constance's relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and donations received for Dr Kershaw's Hospice, Oldham. We would also like to thank Reverend Liz Dean for a heartfelt service, Millers & Fletchers Florists and all at Hedley Jackson's for their caring, dignified and efficient funeral arrangements at a difficult time.
